Observation

Multiple extention cords were accessible throughout licensed child care areas and were not plugged into a wall outlet. Extension cords are not being used for brief, temporary purposes, they are being used as a permant solution. (inside and outdoors) In the childrens child care room many cubbies were not secured and may cause a falling hazard. Hot water temperature read 123 degrees Fahrenheit. Bathroom: outlet by sink does not meet electrical requirements of GFCI; a second electrical outlet is tamper-resistant but was not closed correctly.
